Why plan a financial education workshop with Budget Your Way?

Our past experiences and our emotions around money affect our financial behaviors and beliefs. Budget Your Way takes a trauma-informed approach to financial education.

This includes learning about the psychology of scarcity and impacts of trauma on financial coping. The end goal is to promote financial safety, resilience, and well-being of workshop participants.

“This workshop was an excellent experience for my [young adult clients].

It gave them valuable info about budgeting, saving, and investing, and also helped them reflect on their mindset around money.

Marie did great presenting the information in a way that kept the group engaged.”
